Delivery by Australia Post or Fastway Couriers will normally occur within:

Out Of Stock Items
If part of an order is out of stock, you have the option of holding the order until the items are back in stock (if the items are due back in stock within 14 days), or receiving separate orders. You will be contacted with an expected back-in-stock date and we will proceed with your order as directed.

Delivery of products

If you are not at home when the item is delivered by Australia Post and/or Fastway Couriers, a document with details on redelivery or pick up will be left behind. With this you may either request another drop off time or pick up the item at the depot or Post office.
Please note, in the event of the item being returned to us due to incorrect address supplied or customer failure to pick item up from the depot, postage will NOT be covered when returning the item back to you.

Home Comforts Satisfaction Guarantee – Terms and Conditions
1. Our Valued Customers may be entitled to receive a full refund or credit voucher for a future purchase, if they:
(a) Are not satisfied with the quality of the goods and services received pursuant to their purchase.
(b) Are not satisfied that the goods conformed to the agreed description.

2. A request for a Refund must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be unused, unwashed and in all original packaging, fit for re-sale.

3. Unless the product is faulty, quilts, underblankets and pillows may not be exchanged or returned due to health and hygiene concerns.

4. Change-of-mind Customers may receive an exchange or refund. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping and handling on any change of mind returns.

5. Refunds for customer payments WILL NOT INCLUDE any shipping costs.

Further Information
1. The above policy is not intended to override or limit your statutory rights in any way. Any item agreed to be returned must be un-opened.

2. Upon receipt of your return, we will process a credit note, refund, or exchange, depending on what you require. Returns by mail may take 2 weeks minimum to process and notification will be by email.

3. We reserve the right to verify the validity and veracity of some or all of the Refund Particulars at any time, including (but not limited to) consulting with the relevant original supplier.

This may include asking you for additional information or documentation.

4. Where we conclude that a complaint is invalid or that given Particulars are misleading, incorrect, and/or deceptive, we reserve the right to refuse a Refund (in our sole discretion).

5. Where we have previously provided a Refund pursuant to these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a further request for a Refund made (in our sole discretion).

6. Any Refund provided to our customers is in no way an admission of guilt or liability by or on our behalf or the admission of any other fact in connection with any act or omission that led to the request for a Refund being submitted.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee Policy may be amended or cancelled (at sole discretion).

8. Our Home Comforts Returns Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and regulations.
